At Sobieski, each piece is produced and handled with care to ensure the highest level of quality and presentation. Due to the nature of our limited releases and to maintain product integrity, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right where appropriate.
